When Returns Aren’t Possible
Where our products are personalized or made to order.
That means they’re created specifically for you — because of this, we cannot accept returns unless there is a confirmed product or print fault.This includes:

We provide sizing guides and detailed specifications to help you choose confidently.
If you’re unsure, we always recommend ordering a single-unit sample before placing a bulk order. It’s the best way to ensure the fit and finish align with your expectations.

When Returns or Refunds Are Possible
If the thread breaks on our side, we fix it.
We will gladly resolve issues if:

Personalized Goods – Important Information
Under the Consumer Protection Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations, return rights do not apply to personalized goods or items made to a customer’s specifications.
Simply put: once something has been created uniquely for you, it cannot be resold — and we avoid waste wherever possible.
Intentional production means intentional responsibility.
Non-Personalized Goods
As a retailer, where non-personalized items are ordered based on your request, returns are possible, subject to a restocking charge.
This covers the cost of returning items to us as the retailer and supports our zero-waste supply chain approach.
The restocking charge will be the greater of:

20% of the value of the returned goods
